5-Minute Homemade Guacamole
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 diced tomato
¼ chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Instructions
Mash the avocados with a fork.
Add the tomato, onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
Mix well and add salt to taste.
1. Serve with tortilla chips or as a side!
Mexican-Style Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
2 eggs
½ diced tomato
¼ chopped onion
1 diced serrano chili (optional)
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1.Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and chili.
Add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
Beat the eggs and add them to the pan.
1. Stir and cook until done.

1 can of tuna in water

1 shredded chicken breast
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Corn tortillas
½ cup chopped cilantro and onion
Lime for serving

Add cilantro, onion, and a squeeze of lime.

2 cups cubed watermelon
2 cups water
